Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday flagged-off Train 18 which was recently rechristened as the Vande-Bharat Express. It is India's first semi-high speed train. The PM will undertake an inaugural journey of over nine hours with a stoppage time of 40 minutes each at Kanpur and Allahabad where there will be special programmes.
