The Ahmedabad District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum on Thursday ordered Indian Overseas Bank to pay Rs 10,000 to Pamnani, an account holder, who dragged the bank in the consumer court for giving his bank account statement to his wife. Pamnani has a matrimonial dispute pending in family court and argued that his wife could use bank statements to her advantage.
