Gaurav Pramanik, former Tech Mahindra employee who was harassed by his senior Richa Gautam addressed his former boss as his "chief tormentor". Pramanik said that Gautam would call sexual and religious minorities by despicable names asking them to go to Pakistan. Mahindra sacked Gautam after investigating Pramanik's complaints.
